5.     Shipping

The Waterbed Factory puts forth every effort to expedite products as fast as possible.  The term "Fast" in "Fast Free Delivery" does not necessarily mean that the product will ship the next business day, and the Waterbed Factory will not be held liable for any arbitrary disagreement associated with said terms.  As a manufacturer, our products are shipped as fast as we can produce them, and sometimes exceptions arise which might not meet consumer expectation or demand.  Also note that we are at the mercy of the freight companies associated with our shipped product, and delivery of product is expedited by them and in their sole control, not ours.

Sometimes there will arise an incident where the freight company associated with your shipment cannot gain direct or immediate access to your, the consumer's, residence and The Waterbed Factory will not be held liable for any situation where delivery is not to your satisfaction of delivery proximity, understanding that you, the consumer, are fully aware of the accessibility of your residence whereas The Waterbed Factory is not. 

The term "Free Delivery" excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, as well as any foreign country, and includes curbside delivery from the associated freight company.  If you are in need of delivery to your door or inside your residence then those services can be made available, but at an additional cost to you, the consumer, and The Waterbed Factory will not be held liable for any misinterpretations made from its claim of "Free Delivery."  If you are in need of an upgraded delivery service, such as to your door or inside your residence then you will need to contact The Waterbed Factory so that we can meet your needs.  Curbside delivery means that the truck will deliver to your residence and bring it to the back of the truck where it will be unloaded there.  It is important to note that there is only one driver delivering your product and might require assistance in getting it off the truck, depending on the weight of the product you purchased.  It is wise to have someone at your residence to aid the driver in getting your product off of the truck, two or three people to help you would be your best option for ease of delivery.  Again, The Waterbed Factory will not be held liable for any situation that arises due to delivery of your product by the freight company nor will The Waterbed Factory be held liable for you, the consumer, for not being fully aware of this policy.
